“Read me” and “Carmen” - Two solo shows in the same night. In “Read me”, the choreographic proposal seeks in silence the construction of a private environment, intimate as reading, in which the dancer's bodily trajectory has the help of an illuminator who projects advertising texts on the interpreter's body, making it o a live billboard. In “Carmen”, dancer Helena Vieira is inspired by singer and actress Carmen Miranda to reflect on the loneliness of women when they reach the highest structures of power. The work questions what we inherited from Carmen Miranda's liberating discourse.
