CALL NOTICE
FOR THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF ASSOCIAÇÃO CULTURAL CORPO RASTREADO - CNPJ 07.818.952/0001-66
The associates of this entity are invited to meet in an Extraordinary General Assembly to be held on August 3, 2021, at 5:00 pm on the first call, with the presence of 2⁄3 (two thirds) of the associates, and, at 7:00 pm, on the second and last call, with any number of associates, through virtual means and on the meeting link to be made available on the Corpo Rastreado website before the Assembly, to resolve on the following agenda/order of business:
1) Election of New Executive Board and Fiscal Council
two) Change of Headquarters Address;
3) Statutory Reformulation to adapt to the new objectives,
including the creation of the Board of Directors;
4) Election of the members of the Board of Directors;
5) Other matters that the Meeting deems relevant.
Interested parties will have 15 days to register plates. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the secretariat is closed for face-to-face service, and any registration must be made through the email contato@corporastreado.com.
RELEVANT INFORMATION ABOUT AGE
Considering the state of public calamity, recognized by Legislative Decree No. 6, of March 20, 2020, and the public health emergency of international importance arising from the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, dealt with in Law No. February 06, 2020;
Considering art. 5 of Law No. 14.010, of June 10, 2020, which provides for the Emergency and Transitional Legal Regime of Private Law Legal Relations (RJET) in the period of the Coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19);
Art. 5. The general meeting, including for the purposes of art. 59 of the Civil Code, until October 30, 2020, may be carried out by electronic means, regardless of provision in the constitutive acts of the legal entity.
Single paragraph. The manifestation of the participants may occur by any electronic means indicated by the administrator, which ensures the identification of the participant and the security of the vote, and will produce all the legal effects of a face-to-face signature.
