Archipelago is a collective platform of performing arts critics that received financial support from Corpo Rastreado so that critics could write reviews of the shows they watched.

We believe that theater criticism is, above all, a partner in artistic creation, an ally in the field of symbolic dispute and the production of imaginaries, especially in times of crisis such as those we are currently experiencing. Thus, we trust and invest in the possibility of partnerships with artists, groups, producers, and all parties involved in the complex cultural production chain.

In our eagerness to continue building together, we insist on being passionate about theater. About reflection, about reverberations, about writing in its various forms. We insist on standing side by side with artists, groups, and independent producers in the daily battle that is living in this country working with art and culture. We insist and desire to be close; to insist together.
